Marathon training is rapidly coming to a close for me, but not before a quick reflection on why I run past two hours so often in my training. Training for a marathon is no joke, especially in the modern world when our lives are busy. But if you want to run faster, especially for a marathon race, I'm a firm believer in emphasizing aerobic development over anaerobic efforts.
